When we begin a Native Advertising campaign for our client’s on Facebook, we send a request for SynaVista to be an admin on the client’s business page. Sometimes the notification can be elusive so we created this walk-through that will help you locate the request and approve it.
NOTE: This process must be followed on a computer. It will not work on a phone or tablet.
Step 1 – Go to your business page while you are logged into Facebook. Click on the “Settings” tab in the upper right hand corner.
Step 2 – In the “Settings” area click on “Page Roles” in the left hand nav.
Step 3 – In the “Page Roles” area scroll down and you should see a Pending Partner Request for SynaVista. Click on “Respond to Request”
Step 4 – In the modal window click on “Give SynaVista access to my Page.”
Step 5 – In the next window click on “Approve Request.”
Step 6 – Facebook will require that you enter your Facebook login password. Enter it and click “Submit.”
Step 7 – When the screen refreshes, you should see SynaVista listed under Agencies. At that point we will be ready to begin working on your Native Ad campaign in Facebook.
